Servicing Mailing Schedule

MONTHLY

Billing Statements are mailed on the 15th of each month. These statements display account activity for the preceding month, and provide a payment coupon for customers who wish to mail their payment.

Past Due Notices are automatically generated on the 10th of the month. These notices are sent to help customers avoid incurring a late fee.

QUARTERLY

Activity Statements are mailed every three months to customers who have enrolled in automatic payments. These statements display account activity in the prior quarter.

Accrued Fee Notices are mailed every three months to customers who have outstanding fees due.

ANNUALLY

Escrow Account Disclosure Statements are mailed each November to customers with an active escrow account. The statements display account activity for the year, as well as the projected account activity and the new payment amount for the coming year .

Privacy Policy and Disclosure Statements are mailed each June. These notices allow customers to 'opt out' sharing of non-public personal information with affiliated companies and non-affiliated third parties.

Private Mortgage Insurance (PMI) Disclosure Statements are mailed each July. This disclosure contains detailed information on the purpose of PMI, guidelines for Borrower requested cancellation, and Automatic Termination of the insurance.

Mortgage Interest Statement (1098's) are mailed each January. These statements display information needed to prepare annual IRS Tax Reporting Data. Statements are generated for accounts with an interest expense >$600.00.

Interest Income Statement (1099's) are mailed each January. These statements display information needed to prepare annual IRS Tax Reporting Data. Statements are generated for accounts with interest income >$10.00.
